The DPHA Annual Conference returns to the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort in Phoenix, AZ, October 12-14, 2017.  The reason why DPHA is returning to the Wild Horse Pass Resort is obvious to everyone who attended the 2013 Conference there. The place is fantastic!
