Announcing a New Annual Conference Activity - the Dealer Incentive Program

The Program and Showcase Committee, under the leadership of Richard Campbell (Belmont Hardware) and Kim Killgore (The Rain Company), is excited to announce a new program for dealers attending the 2019 DPHA Annual Conference and Product Showcase - the new Dealers' Incentive Program. This program will be optional for our exhibiting members at the Product Showcase, but will offer them the chance to publicize DPHA conference-only promotions or specials in a published book that will be distributed to all dealer member individuals attending the 2019 Annual Conference.

The program will work as follows:

  • When someone registers for a booth space at this year's annual conference, they will be asked if they would like to participate in the Dealer Incentive Program without committing to specifics.
  • Around the middle of July 2019, those who have elected to participate in the Dealer Incentive Program will be asked to identify specials/promotions they want to offer during the 2019 Product Showcase.
  • A Dealer Incentive publication will be developed and emailed to all registered conference dealer attendees. A hard copy will also be distributed to dealer attendees at the registration desk in Seattle.
  • Note: there is no extra cost to participate in the program.

Don't worry - registration for the 2019 Product Showcase has not started yet! In keeping with our usual process, sometime in the next week or two, we will begin sending out notices for booth sign-ups and selections in the following order:

  • Gold corporate sponsors (and then usually 4 working days later ...)
  • Silver corporate sponsors (and then usually 4 working days later ...)
  • Bronze corporate sponsors (and then usually 4 working days later ...)
  • 2019 Conference sponsors (and then usually 3 working days later ...)
  • 2018 Exhibitors (and then usually 4 working days later ...)
  • General membership

Additionally, when booth registration is open to the general membership, it will be announced in Connections as well as in a separate email blast and on our social media. Keep your eyes open for more updates and the booth registration announcements. We only have 72 booth spaces (10' by 10') again this year, and if things go like they did the past several years, the booths may be completely booked within two or three weeks after registration has been opened to everyone.
