Call Recorder by TOHsoft Co. is a free, feature-rich call recorder
application that allows you to record both incoming and outgoing calls
and also helps organize recorded calls. You can also add numbers to
exclude them from the call recording list. This app also allows you to
password protect your calls, so you know that your conversations are
safe even if you lose your phone. It's one of the best call recording
apps available.
