We have heard from many of you over the past several years regarding how much you have enjoyed reading the Helpful Hints (and before that, the 5 Things You May Not Have Known) articles in our weekly eletter, Connections, but did you know that these articles remain available for reading on our website? These articles are written monthly (more or less) by members of our Education Committee, and offer unique industry perspectives from manufacturer, dealer and manufacturer representative members.
There's a place on the members-portal side of the DPHA web site (simply follow the path "Resources to Train the Team > Helpful Hints and 5 Things May Not Have Known Articles") where you can read and/or download past articles. The cost for DPHA members? Absolutely nothing. Availabiliy? As long as you have your login credentials, these are available 24/7/365 - it's another benefit of membership. So go ahead and check it out, and if you have forgotten your login credentials to the members portal, email Rebekah Covay.
