DPHA continues to receive numerous inquiries regarding booth registration for the 2019 Product Showcase at the Hyatt Regency Seattle in Seattle, WA, November 7-10. This is to reassure everyone that if you are a DPHA member and want to exhibit, you probably have not missed anything. The Product Showcase booth registration process just started, and in keeping with our usual protocol, we sent/send notices for booth sign-ups and selections in the following order:
- Gold corporate sponsors - issued Tuesday, April 23rd
- Silver corporate sponsors - issued Friday, April 26th
- Bronze corporate sponsors - issued Thursday, May 2nd
- 2019 Conference sponsors (and then usually 3 working days later ...)
- 2018 Exhibitors (and then usually 4 working days later ...)
- General membership
Additionally, when booth registration is open to the general membership, it will be announced in Connections as well as in a separate email blast and on our social media. Watch for more updates and the booth registration announcements. We only have 70 booth spaces (10' by 10') again this year, and if things go like they have the past several years, the majority of the booths will be booked within a few weeks after registration is open to everyone.
