Victoria + Albert's Eldon Tub Named DPHA 2017 POTY Winner in the Plumbing Fixture Category

The 2017 DPHA Annual Conference and Product Showcase was held last week in Chandler, AZ, and we are happy to tell those of you who were not able to join us this year that the Plumbing POTY (Product of the Year) in the Fixture category was -

Victoria + Albert's Eldon Tub

Created by leading British Architecture and Interior Design Studio, Conran + Partners, this back-to-wall bath has the curvaceous lines of a freestanding tub, yet sits flush against the wall for greater space saving and ease of installation. It is particularly ideal for hospitality settings due to its practicality and easy cleaning. The tub is wrapped with a crisp edge that forms a natural shelf against the wall to hide pipework and provide a platform where plumbing could be deck-mounted if desired. The tub has a molded upstand to allow for retrofit installation without disturbing existing flooring. The Eldon can be installed with or without an overflow and works with Victoria + Albert's Kit 40 Intelli-waste or Kit 60 "exofill" bath drain.

The very simple contemporary design is endowed with the curvaceous lines of a freestanding bath, wrapping a crisp edge around the bath and back to the wall. This tub suits the needs of homeowners that want the style of the freestanding look without giving up the convenience and flexibility of a wall-mounted tub.

Honorable Mention:
  • AD Waters Fiora Shower Bases
  • American Standard ActiClean Self-Cleaning Toilet
