The DPHA Nominating Committee has developed the following proposed slate of Officers and Directors for 2020 and 2021. Each member will be emailed a proxy ballot in the next few weeks that will be sent to the company's designated primary contact. When you receive it, please complete and return your proxy ballot to DPHA via fax at 630-618-3801 or email at rebekah@dpha.net by Monday, October 7.
Members are encouraged to return their proxy ballot even if they plan on attending the 2019 DPHA Annual Conference and Product Showcase, November 7-10 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle in Seattle, WA. Members who want their proxy ballots returned at that time will be able to obtain a copy from a member of DPHA staff.
